What is a CTA? A Community Tennis Association is formed by volunteers to grow and promote the sport of tennis in their local community. The CTA organization may decide to become a non-profit organization, establish By-Laws and governing regulations and form a Board of Directors.
The CTA may decide to work with area parks and recreation facilities, public and private school systems and public and private facilities to grow the sport.
