USTA League Tennis is the world’s largest recreational tennis league, providing organized, structured team matches for all ability levels. The program is open to women and men 18 years of age and older and features local, state, sectional, and national championships at a variety of levels.

In Western NC, teams form out of private racquet clubs and public facilities throughout the area. Flights are created based on gender, skill level, and age. The teams in each flight compete during the local season, usually over 8 to 10 weeks. Areas fielding teams in the past include Asheville, Hendersonville, Brevard, Black Mountain, Forest City, Waynesville, and more.
