USTA League Refund Policy

All players requesting to be removed from a team must send the local USTA coordinator of the applicable league an email requesting removal from the team.

All players requesting a refund will receive a partial refund when requesting it prior to their team’s first match. There are no exceptions to this rule.

All players requesting a refund must check their USTA Account on TennisLink to make sure the correct street address is listed.

The $3.00 TennisLink user fee to TennisLink is non-refundable.

Refund requests will be processed approximately 2 to 4 weeks after the League season begins.

Mountain League CTA will send an individual refund check directly to each player.
